Use Cases:Employee list management streamlines onboarding and offboarding workflows:
  • For new hires: Simply install the CyStack endpoint agent and add the employee’s email to the designated department. Departmental policies are automatically applied.
  • For departing employees: Remove the agent and email address to immediately revoke access to system resources.

Feature Details

The employee list can be synchronized from the organization’s Google Workspace.
Note: Only a Google Workspace administrator can link accounts and synchronize data to CyStack.
To synchronize the employee list, follow these steps:

Once the account is successfully linked, data from Google Workspace will be synchronized to the device management software.

To export the employee list for reporting purposes, click the Export employees button.
